"The decision to become Presence Real Estate was one that we had considered carefully for the last couple of years.

Being a fully customised business in every way, we had long ago outgrown the franchise group that we were in, but we were mindful of the change management with our sales team in particular, as well as the uncertainty about community and client response, given the work we had done in establishing (someone else's) brand in our region.

After weighing up all factors, we decided to rip the band-aid off and go for it.

In less than one month since becoming Presence, I'm delighted to say that we have experienced a boost. Not just in positive perception from our beautiful new brand who represents who we are and what we stand for, but in engagement and pride from the team. I know that for myself, my own engagement, pride, and enthusiasm for our business has hit all-time highs. We already knew that we provided the best team experience (TX) and client experience (CX), but now it actually shows. We've already begun reinvesting our anticipated savings in franchise fees into things that will directly benefit team and clients, and we have so much more in store.

We feel right at home as Platinum Members of RER Network, with many of our valued industry peer relationships being Members, plus the resources and personalised support from Michael himself bringing massive value to our leaders and teams across all divisions.

So overall, we're delighted with our move to independence in becoming Presence, and we see a bright future ahead."
