The topics and strategies at Power-up are usually around current market conditions, or are specific to whatever issues we’ve had feedback on. Past Power-up topics include: Spring Essentials, Negotiation Power, Listing Success. Power-ups are a half day session for agents and principals, and then the principals say on until about 2:30/3:00 for a working lunch with Michael. So you can have a conversation at a Principal level about what’s currently happening in your business. The Power-Up sessions are included in your Network Membership.
We also run a specific Spring selling workshop for all RER Network teams called Spring into Action and an end of year alignment and planning workshop called Getting Set for Success.
